• Consult closely with you and your key decision makers to understand the position and the key criteria for a successful candidate

• Gain a detailed understanding of the organisational culture in which the successful candidate will function

• Research and identify candidates utilising a range of research tools including extensive industry networking

• Personally interview all potential candidates and assess their professional qualifications, personality traits, attitudes and relevant experience

• Document our findings on each potential candidate who meets the requirements

• Work with you to arrange appropriate interviews and “manage” the recruitment process

• Work with you and the finalist candidate on the offer negotiations and compensation package

• Maintain contact with you and the successful candidate after the search is complete, to ensure a smooth transition
