The majority of our work involves helping clients find outstanding individuals to join their businesses.

In addition to helping organisations find and attract key individuals our clients also use Genosearch International to help develop new business-to-business relationships.

This could include:

  • identify and develop a merger or acquisition target
  • identify and interest potential purchasers for a subsidiary identified for divestment
  • identify and attract a co-operation partner, network member, distributor or agent

We call this service Partner Search and it requires a similar approach and skills to our Executive Search service.
